1. Service

Farol provides AI-analyzed crypto trading signals via Telegram, REST API, MCP server and outbound webhooks. The service does not constitute financial advice. The customer remains solely responsible for any trading decision.

2. Subscription and credits

Two complementary offers: • Telegram subscription: monthly recurring fee, 30 days notice for cancellation, refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days for first-time subscribers (EU consumer law). • Prepaid credits: one-time purchase, credits never expire and have no consumption cap. Refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 1 000 credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. Usage limits and abuse

Each API key is rate-limited to 60 requests per minute (REST) and 10 requests per minute (MCP). Webhooks are limited by your credit balance. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: redistributing signals to third parties without explicit license, running automated trading bots that violate exchange terms of service, abusing the trial credits system through multiple accounts.

4. Disclaimer

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and may result in the loss of your invested capital. Farol provides analysis tools only — not investment advice. Farol is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from trading decisions made using its signals.

5. Service availability

Farol targets a 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Binance, exchange APIs, etc.).

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time via DELETE /api/v1/account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Remaining credits are forfeited (no refund) per the terms of credit purchase. Farol reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of fraud, abuse or legal obligation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country apply.
