1. Nature of the project
Farol is open source software published under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. There is no commercial service to subscribe to, no SaaS, no central operator. By browsing this website you agree to the terms below.
2. License
The source code is governed by the MPL-2.0 license. Read the LICENSE file in the repository for the full text and your rights and obligations as a user, modifier or redistributor.
3. No warranty
The software is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The maintainers will not be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of the software, including financial losses.
4. Risk warning
Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and may result in the loss of all your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Farol provides analysis tools — not investment advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decision and execution.
5. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to attack, overload, scrape aggressively or otherwise abuse this website. Standard rate limiting and DDoS protection (Cloudflare) apply.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law (the publisher's country of residence). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the project's status. The current version is the one displayed on this page. Prior versions are available in the public git repository.
