3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, code, design, logos) is the exclusive property of Farol unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited. The Farol API and MCP server are accessible under the terms of service. Customers retain ownership of any data they generate using the service.

4. Personal data

Farol processes the following personal data: • Telegram chat ID (for signal delivery) • Stripe customer ID (for billing) • API key usage logs (for billing and abuse prevention) • Webhook URL (configured by the customer) Legal basis: contract performance (subscription) and legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention). Retention: data is kept for the duration of the subscription + 5 years for billing records (legal obligation). You can request access, rectification, deletion or portability of your data at any time via DELETE /api/v1/account or by emailing privacy@farol.run. Farol does not sell your data to third parties.

5. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used (e.g. session management when accessing the customer dashboard).
